About the Role
You will lead engineers building agentic applications and own their roadmap, delivery, and technical direction. You will design agent orchestration, tool integration, evaluations, permissions, guardrails, audit trails, and reliability controls. You will define operational metrics, manage production incidents, and work with Legal, Compliance, and Security.

Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the engineering team
- Own the roadmap and delivery of agentic applications
- Set technical direction for agent orchestration and tool integration
- Build evaluation gates, guardrails, approval flows, and audit trails
- Own production reliability, SLOs, fallbacks, and incident resolution
- Define and report task completion, quality, latency, and cost metrics
