About the Role
You will lead research engineers building AI systems that analyze large unstructured datasets and generate trustworthy insights. You will guide monitoring-system design, improve analysis frameworks, prioritize work with researchers and safety teams, develop agentic integrations, set team strategy, coach reports, lead recruiting, and establish effective operating processes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of people-management experience
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Exposure to ML systems
- Knowledge of LLM application development
- Experience with context engineering, evaluation, and orchestration
- Knowledge of UX, reliability, and documentation
- Ability to work across infrastructure and user-facing product concerns
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of AI-based monitoring systems
- Improve frameworks for processing large volumes of unstructured text
- Partner with researchers and safety teams to prioritize solutions
- Develop agentic integrations for analytical investigations and actions
- Set the team's strategic direction
