About the Role
You will lead the engineering team building AI agents and guide technical strategy, system architecture, and product roadmaps. You will develop AI capabilities across models, infrastructure, and browser technologies; ensure reliability, evaluation, testing, and maintenance; and oversee hiring, onboarding, and mentorship.
Requirements
- Familiarity with the full AI product stack
- Proficiency in Python
- Expertise in context engineering and tool interfaces, post-training and reinforcement learning, or browser technologies
- Product intuition and user-experience expertise
- Hands-on experience with frontier AI models
- Experience managing engineering teams, recruiting, and retaining talent
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- At least 3 years of engineering management experience
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across multiple layers of AI agent products
- Develop and apply AI models, infrastructure, and browser technologies
- Guide system architecture and product roadmaps
- Drive product reliability, code quality, AI evaluation, testing, and maintenance
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, mentorship, and interview pipelines
