About the Role
You will lead and develop engineers while owning the technical strategy and delivery of the agent orchestration engine. You will guide architecture for complex reasoning and action flows, set reliability and observability standards, create safe experimentation frameworks, and deliver multi-quarter initiatives with cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- 2+ years of engineering management experience
- Strong technical depth and an individual-contributor foundation
- Experience building distributed systems, execution engines, real-time platforms, or other high-scale systems
- Experience delivering multi-quarter projects through ambiguity
- Knowledge of testing strategy, observability, and incident learning
- Cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing engineering team
- Own the technical strategy and roadmap for the orchestration engine
- Drive architecture for systems that coordinate complex reasoning and action flows at scale
- Set reliability, testing, and observability standards across the orchestration stack
- Create frameworks and guardrails for safe agent iteration, evaluation, and rollout
- Partner with Product, Research, and Infrastructure to deliver multi-quarter initiatives
