About the Role

You will set the GTM architecture and AI roadmap, own the technology stack and its integrations, and build a quoting and lead-to-revenue workflow. You will deliver production AI workflows for customer-facing roles and grow the GTM Engineering team through hiring, technical standards, and career paths.

Requirements

• 10+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations at B2B companies
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Salesforce architecture experience across data models, automation, integrations, and governance
• Experience with modern CLI/MCP setups
• Experience improving sales productivity
• Experience building or rebuilding quoting or CPQ workflows at scale
• Experience leading teams and setting technical direction
• Experience building sales automation
• Experience with agentic or AI-native GTM workflows, usage-based pricing, AI/ML infrastructure, developer tools, or API-first companies

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM technology stack, including Salesforce, CPQ, enrichment, engagement tooling, and integrations
• Build a durable quoting and lead-to-revenue architecture
• Build production agentic AI workflows for research, deal intelligence, pipeline hygiene, and manager insights
• Scale the GTM Engineering team through hiring, technical standards, career paths, and culture
