About the Role
You will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global SDR team, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development. You'll drive alignment and cross-functional collaboration between SDRs, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to maximize pipeline generation and conversion. You'll develop and execute scalable outbound and lead generation strategies across multiple markets and customer segments, own SDR performance management including target setting, KPI tracking, forecasting, and incentive structures, and continuously improve workflows, tools, and messaging to increase efficiency and commercial impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or roles within fast-paced B2B or fintech environments
- Proven experience leading and scaling global SDR teams, with a strong focus on coaching, performance management, and team development
- A strategic and commercially driven mindset, with the ability to build scalable outbound and pipeline generation processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating international teams and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships
- Highly organized and operationally strong, with excellent planning and prioritization skills in dynamic, fast-moving environments
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience analyzing performance metrics, forecasting, and optimizing team efficiency
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems proactively, and drive initiatives independently
- Passionate about building high-performing teams, delivering results, and continuously improving processes and execution
Responsibilities

- Develop and execute scalable outbound and lead generation strategies across multiple markets and customer segments
- Own SDR performance management, including target setting, KPI tracking, forecasting, incentive structures, and ongoing coaching initiatives
- Analyze team performance metrics and sales data to identify trends, optimize processes, and uncover new growth opportunities
- Build and maintain regular reporting frameworks, providing leadership with clear visibility into pipeline performance, team productivity, and strategic progress
- Continuously improve SDR workflows, tools, messaging, and operational processes to increase efficiency and commercial impact
