About the Role
This role takes full ownership of the global payments business, including strategy, growth, product direction, operating models, cross-border payment solutions, payment operations, settlement, liquidity management, governance, and performance management.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, remittance, or digital asset industries
- Proven experience leading a business unit, product organization, or payments business with full ownership of business outcomes
- Strong understanding of payment products, cross-border payments, payment infrastructure, and operational processes
- Experience managing Product, Operations, Analytics, and Technology teams
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate market opportunities into scalable products and business growth
- Demonstrated leadership experience building and scaling high-performing teams
- Familiarity with AML/KYC, sanctions compliance, and global payment regulations
- Fluent English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own the overall strategy, growth, and execution of the global payments business
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams across Product, Operations, Data Analytics, and Technology
- Define business priorities, product roadmap, operating models, and growth initiatives
- Build and scale cross-border payment solutions, including collections, payouts, remittance, Fiat On/Off Ramp, and stablecoin payment products
- Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Risk, and external partners to support market expansion and customer growth
- Oversee payment operations, settlement flows, liquidity management, and service performance
- Establish KPIs, governance frameworks, and performance management processes
