Skills
About the Role
You will own the full commercial outcome for the Francophone Africa markets: the P&L, the team, the partnerships, and the product launches that unlock the next phase of growth. Reporting to the Head of Africa, you'll lead a growth team distributed across Europe, and carry direct accountability for take-rate, revenue, and margin targets across two distinct sub-regions. This isn't a strategy-only role — you'll set the regional direction and then get into the detail: pricing corridors, signing payout partners, launching cash pick-up in North Africa, and deepening penetration in established Sub-Saharan markets. You'll be the internal voice of the Francophone region, shaping product roadmaps and go-to-market decisions, and the external face of LemFi to partners and regulators.
