About the Role

You will define and evolve a standardized global marketing and growth experiment affiliate framework across relevant marketing channels, driving strategy and growth goals for the general market. You will map out global affiliate marketing and growth strategy initiatives and experiments, pulling out key insights from crypto industry analysis. You will work closely with the CEO, the marketing team, and other relevant teams such as product and operations. You will lead new product growth and drive high volume revenue growth by signing up affiliate marketers in top identified regions. You will be responsible for expanding global growth channels, evaluating and expanding new online and offline channels in regions such as the EU and key Asian countries. You will manage and supervise the company's global affiliate expense budget, ensuring ROI on global marketing.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in finance/crypto industry with hands-on experience and resources of key clients, affiliate in top regions KR, VN, JP, TR and others
  • Bachelor degree or above in marketing major or relevant equivalent majors
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of crypto industry and being sensitive about market with strong market analysis skill
  • Proficient in creating promotional plans and using various promotion methods
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Proven track record of leading and managing successful teams
