About the Role

Oversee all back-office functions supporting J-CAM Inc.'s crypto investment, media, and new initiative businesses. Build and manage foundational infrastructure for company growth across accounting and finance, labor management, general affairs, legal operations, and team development.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in administrative functions such as accounting, HR, or general affairs.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience across key corporate functions.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience working at or familiarity with startups or venture companies.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and IF functions.
  • Intermediate PowerPoint skills for proposals and internal presentations.
  • Conversational English or above; business-level English preferred.
  • 3+ years of management experience in administrative departments.
  • Experience implementing IT tools and driving operational efficiency.
  • Proactive, collaborative, persistent, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounting and finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, closing procedures, and domestic and international audits.
  • Handle labor management, including work rules, social insurance procedures, and attendance tracking.
  • Oversee general affairs, including internal policies, office and facility management, and equipment procurement.
  • Coordinate legal operations with external counsel, including contract review and compliance framework development.
  • Train and develop team members.
