About the Role
You will own the content strategy and roadmap across the buyer journey. You will set quality standards, manage production workflows, develop AI-assisted content practices, lead SEO and generative engine optimization, build executive thought leadership, support launches, measure performance, and grow the content organization.
Requirements
- Lead and grow a content function
- Demonstrate deep curiosity about AI and ML infrastructure
- Produce content using AI tools and understand their limitations
- Design content architectures and systems
- Balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution
- Lead cross-functional editorial work
- Define, instrument, and act on content performance metrics
Responsibilities
- Own content strategy and roadmap across the buyer journey
- Set and maintain content quality standards
- Run content intake, prioritization, drafting, review, and launch processes
- Build AI-assisted content production workflows and standards
- Lead SEO, generative engine optimization, keyword research, content gap analysis, and on-page work
- Build executive thought leadership
- Partner on product launches and campaigns
- Measure traffic, engagement, pipeline influence, and content-assisted conversion
- Hire, develop, and shape the content organization
