About the Role
You will translate strategic narratives into executive, policy, and corporate content, with video as the primary medium. You will partner with senior leaders, audit executive content, create content playbooks, establish production systems, build AI-enabled workflows, capture event content, and refine production based on impact.

Responsibilities
- Execute strategic narratives across executive thought leadership, policy storytelling, and corporate storytelling
- Partner on narrative architecture, content strategy, and execution
- Audit executive content and identify gaps
- Develop content playbooks for major business milestones
- Create company-account content with marketing
- Establish stage-capture systems, content workflows, and freelance crew networks
- Build AI-enabled content-production workflows
- Capture and distribute executive content at major events
- Systematize content-production workflows and cadences
- Develop thought-leadership and corporate-storytelling content
- Scale successful content surfaces based on impact analysis
