About the Role
Lead Stronghold's SHx Markets vertical by expanding market infrastructure, liquidity, exchange listings, broker relationships, and institutional partnerships across crypto and traditional financial markets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in markets, focused on FX or commodities.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- 5+ years of business development or strategic partnership experience.
- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
- Strategic and execution-oriented approach.
- Deep understanding of market structure and liquidity.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency liquidity markets.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with market makers, brokers, exchanges, liquidators, and institutional market participants globally.
- Guide strategy for enterprise-grade infrastructure and solutions with the Markets Team.
- Manage relationships with OTC trading desks, quantitative market makers, custodians, institutional participants, and prime brokers.
- Develop partnerships to accelerate SHx liquidity growth.
- Help develop crypto and traditional market infrastructure for SHx.
- Partner with product, engineering, business development, and leadership on market buildout strategy.
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, business, and finance teams on compliant strategy execution.
