About n3xt inc

n3xt inc operates a fully reserved Wyoming-chartered special purpose depository institution focused on modern B2B payments. It provides an instant USD payment network with programmable, real-time settlement, 24/7 liquidity, verified counterparties, API integrations, and bank-managed accounts. Customer deposits are backed 1:1 by cash and short-term U.S. Treasuries, and the bank does not lend deposits. Its products include the N3XT Digital Dollar, a bank-issued tokenized dollar transferable on a public blockchain through allowlisted addresses, and N3XT MCP, which connects corporate banking environments to AI assistants for governed treasury intelligence, reconciliation, and payment automation. N3XT serves B2B businesses, institutional clients, merchants, treasury teams, and participants connecting traditional finance with digital assets.
