About the Role
You will lead and scale a global engineering organization across platform and forward-deployed work. You will set the roadmap, develop engineering leaders, operate internal platforms, prioritize engagements, and establish durable handoffs. You will guide technical decisions, evaluation rigor, reusable patterns, internal deployments, and adoption across business workflows.

Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a global engineering organization
- Hire, level, and develop engineering leaders
- Develop and execute a business-technology roadmap and success metrics
- Run the Platforms track for reliability, velocity, and scale
- Run the Forward Deployed track for engagement prioritization, handoffs, and adoption
- Advise functional leaders on technical deployment decisions
- Partner on dogfooding and translate evaluation signals into internal builds
- Represent internal operating practices to enterprise customers
- Set standards for production-adjacent builds, evaluations, reusable patterns, and responsible deployment
