About the Role
You will identify operational inefficiencies, determine the best solution, and implement changes that improve productivity. You will build automations, partner with process owners across functions, improve data quality at its source, and report measurable outcomes to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Track costs and operational outcomes before and after process changes
- Redesign cross-functional processes and manage organizational change
- Build and ship automation or integration projects
- Use n8n, Make, Workato, ERP and CRM platforms, APIs, and AI integrations
- Establish system-of-record policies
- Influence stakeholders without formal authority
- Negotiate with senior business and technical leaders
- Understand the revenue impact of business operations
- Travel frequently to headquarters
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy automations across business systems with measurable returns
- Identify and onboard process owners across Commercial, Product, Operations, Finance, and R&D
- Resolve data-quality issues at their source with process owners
