About the Role
You will own Salesforce and its integrations, build customizations, and administer GTM-system access and tooling. You will operate CPQ, quote-to-cash, contract, entitlement, and customer-lifecycle workflows. You will build AI and agentic capabilities, establish data-quality controls and reporting, and resolve system issues at their root cause.
Requirements
- 5+ years owning GTM systems in a revenue, sales, or RevOps organization
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Experience with GTM tooling and integrations
- Experience building GTM technology stacks
- Experience with CPQ, quote-to-cash, contracts, entitlements, and renewals
- Experience applying AI and LLMs to GTM systems
- Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
- Knowledge of SQL and Python or scripting
- Ability to translate business problems into technical specifications
- Strong written communication
Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce data models, configuration, permissions, reliability, and lifecycle operations
- Build Salesforce customizations using Apex, SOQL, Flow, and Lightning Web Components
- Administer and integrate GTM tools
- Design reliable API, OAuth, and access patterns
- Own CPQ, quote-to-cash, contract, entitlement, and renewal workflows
- Build AI scoring models, research agents, routing, and call-signal extraction
- Build and extend MCP servers and agent tooling
- Implement AI evaluations, monitoring, confidence scoring, and guardrails
- Maintain data quality, reporting controls, and production backfills
- Resolve GTM system issues at their root cause
