About the Role
You will own top-of-funnel GTM systems and their operational health. You will administer HubSpot, maintain HubSpot and Salesforce data synchronization, build Salesforce automation, manage the form-to-meeting journey, prioritize requests by ROI, and align stakeholders on delivery tradeoffs.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of business systems, marketing operations, or revenue operations experience
- Demonstrate deep hands-on HubSpot experience
- Hold Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Build and debug Salesforce flows
- Own funnel definitions, attribution, UTM capture, and MQL-to-SQL handoffs
- Build scalable solutions using AI automation
- Explain tradeoffs to varied audiences
Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel GTM systems, roadmap, architecture, and operational health
- Manage HubSpot workflows, lists, forms, properties, lifecycle stages, campaigns, and permissions
- Maintain HubSpot and Salesforce mappings, lists, sync quality, and deduplication rules
- Build Salesforce flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, permission sets, and approvals
- Own form-fill-to-booked-meeting processes including routing, enrichment, and sequencing
- Prioritize requests by ROI
- Drive cross-functional alignment on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs
