About the Role
You will lead end-to-end recruiting for go-to-market roles across sales, marketing, partnerships, business development, and customer-facing functions. You will build sourcing pipelines, partner with hiring managers on role requirements and interview loops, communicate the opportunity to candidates, and create systems for tracking, referrals, feedback, and closing.
Requirements
- Experience owning full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market or business roles in a high-growth startup, technical company, or similarly selective environment
- Sourcing ability and candidate judgment
- Stakeholder management
- Written communication
- Experience building go-to-market hiring and pipelines from scratch
- Experience hiring for sales, marketing, partnerships, business development, or customer-facing technical roles in AI, developer tools, infrastructure, or enterprise software
- Track record of closing candidates in competitive markets
- Ability to translate a technical company narrative into a candidate pitch for non-technical go-to-market candidates
