About the Role
You will create product enablement programs for the global field organization. You will develop training, certification, demos, technical talk tracks, solution guides, and competitive materials; partner with Product and Applied AI; and use field feedback to improve product positioning.
Requirements
- Experience bridging sales and technical audiences
- Regular hands-on use of AI assistants and agentic tools
- Technical knowledge of LLM products, prompting, context, tool use, and APIs
- Experience creating technical enablement content
- Experience writing and presenting technical material for audiences with varying technical depth
Responsibilities
- Own product enablement for the global field organization
- Build programs that make sellers expert Claude users
- Create enablement for technical and business buyer conversations
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Applied AI on launches
- Identify product areas requiring enablement investment before launch
- Build and maintain product certification paths
- Create demo scripts, technical talk tracks, solution guides, and competitive materials
- Establish feedback loops between the field, customers, Product, and Product Marketing
