About the Role
You will coordinate global enablement-program scheduling, logistics, and communications. You will maintain the enablement calendar, administer tools and records, prepare recurring reports, triage requests, and support logistics for GKO and other large-scale enablement events.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, coordination, program support, or administration
- Experience with calendar tools and spreadsheets
- Ability to learn SaaS platforms
- Written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate across US and European time zones
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for global enablement programs
- Maintain the global enablement calendar and program details
- Administer GTM Enablement tools
- Maintain platform content, permissions, rosters, attendance, and certification records
- Prepare reports on program completion, attendance, usage, and adoption
- Triage incoming enablement requests and route them to appropriate owners
- Support logistics for GKO and other large-scale enablement events
