About the Role
You will manage assigned foundation grants from proposal preparation through reporting and renewal tracking. You will maintain grant calendars, research funders, manage pipeline and CRM records, coordinate submissions, arrange meetings, prepare briefing materials, and improve grants-management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2–4 years of grants management, fundraising, nonprofit development, or related experience
- Ability to work Eastern Time hours
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, DonorSearch, and Candid is a plus
- Organizational and project-management skills
- Understanding of financial reporting basics
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

- Manage the lifecycle of assigned foundation grants
- Maintain grant calendars, deadlines, and deliverables
- Coordinate grant application and report data, budgets, and narratives
- Research prospective and existing foundation funders
- Maintain a funder pipeline
- Manage wealth-screening tools and platforms
- Maintain grants database and CRM records
- Coordinate donor and internal meetings
