About the Role

You will support the CEO with operational management, strategic planning, external relations, and strategic decision-making. You will coordinate company-wide projects across business functions, research business and policy topics, analyze competitors, and drive execution. You will use AI tools to support daily operations and advance the AI-native organizational transformation. You will prepare executive materials, meeting records, speeches, business documents, and financing materials, and liaise with investment institutions and strategic partners.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or above from a 985 university or globally recognized institution
  • Fluent spoken English and ability to use English as a working language
  • 7 or more years of work experience
  • Experience as an executive assistant to a president in a group company is preferred
  • Strategic consulting background is preferred
  • Analysis and problem-solving
  • Cross-team communication, organization, and coordination
  • Ability to adapt to a high-intensity work pace
  • Ability to undertake international travel

Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO with operational management, strategic planning, external relations, and strategic decision-making
  • Coordinate company-wide projects and align business departments, processes, requirements, and resources
  • Track operating-goal progress and conduct project, competitor, and policy research
  • Use AI tools to support CEO operations and drive the AI-native organizational transformation
  • Prepare executive meeting materials, speeches, briefs, external documents, and meeting records
  • Liaise with investment institutions and strategic partners and prepare financing materials
