About the Role

You will provide confidential administrative support to frontline fundraisers, including prospect research, portfolio coordination, scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense processing. You will prepare profiles, briefing materials, correspondence, reports, and presentations; coordinate leadership events and fundraising initiatives; maintain prospect records; and respond to donor and alumni inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct preliminary prospect research
  • Track solicitation processes and update contact reports
  • Coordinate prospect portfolios and identify prospects
  • Schedule meetings and arrange travel
  • Compile prospect profiles and briefing materials
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and prospect database updates
  • Prepare travel expenses for processing
  • Coordinate leadership events
  • Respond to donor and alumni inquiries
  • Serve as liaison to administrative offices, alumni, donors, and volunteers
  • Coordinate travel and events for major gift initiatives
  • Lead and manage projects with other Development Assistants
  • Prepare presentation and distribution materials
  • Perform other necessary duties
