About the Role
You will select and implement business tools across the lead-to-sale lifecycle. You will document system dependencies, turn business needs into specifications and workflows, manage tooling plans and budgets, lead procurement and integrations, align stakeholders, and turn system data into actionable reporting.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant professional experience in operational roles.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing technology platforms, marketing automation systems, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Project management, communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build consensus among cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with data engineering and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Select and implement tools and systems across the business lifecycle.
- Assess integrated-system impacts and document interactions, dependencies, and exception paths.
- Translate business needs into specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and guardrails.
- Define tooling goals, delivery timelines, and budgets.
- Lead procurement, implementation, and integration of new technologies.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations stakeholders to define workflows and success metrics.
- Translate business-system data into cohesive reporting and insights.
