About the Role
Own enablement across APAC by designing programs, building e-learning, delivering live training, measuring impact, running onboarding, localizing global content, explaining technical products, and supporting partner certification.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years in GTM roles
- 4 to 6 years in sales enablement or technical selling
- Experience as an early or first APAC enablement hire
- Experience building onboarding, skill development, e-learning, and measurement programs from zero
- Experience localizing content for multiple APAC markets
- Strong live facilitation skills
- Ability to explain APIs, model behavior, latency, and integration concepts
- Experience with API-first or technical products
- Business fluency in English
- Based in APAC
Responsibilities
- Own full-stack enablement for APAC
- Design program architecture and build e-learning
- Deliver live training and measure program impact
- Run biweekly onboarding sessions for new sellers
- Localize sales content for APAC markets
- Explain voice models and the Agents platform to sellers
- Roll out partner certification and enablement programs
- Collaborate with global enablement counterparts
