About the Role

You will own user acquisition end-to-end: design and execute growth experiments, run campaigns, and unlock new channels to drive traffic, signups, funded accounts, and first trades. You will discover and scale channels (SEO, paid social, creators, podcast, communities, affiliates, regional tactics), build and manage influencer and creator programs, and stand up SEO and content motions from scratch. You will own lifecycle communications (email, push, in-app) to convert waitlist users to first deposits and retention, run paid acquisition where regulation allows, and ruthlessly kill what doesn’t work. You will define funnel metrics, build dashboards, run attribution and analytics in tools like GA4/Amplitude/Mixpanel, and maintain a fast experimentation cadence. Start as a hands-on operator executing campaigns and creative, and help build the team as channels scale.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in growth or performance marketing
  • Experience as a zero-to-one growth operator who built a growth function from scratch
  • Experience ideally in crypto consumer fintech or trading platforms (preferred)
  • High agency and full ownership of growth initiatives
  • Quantitative and analytical skills; comfortable with GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel and attribution tools
  • Strong writing skills for ad copy, landing pages, creator briefs, and email
  • Ability to both execute as an individual contributor and grow a team
  • Familiarity with trading or crypto-native culture (trader or crypto-native preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own net new user acquisition and drive traffic, signups, funded accounts, and first trades
  • Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels
  • Develop and run influencer and creator programs including sourcing, negotiating, briefing, and measurement
  • Stand up SEO and content from scratch including keyword strategy, programmatic pages, comparison content, and link-building
  • Own lifecycle communications across email, push, and in-app journeys including segmentation, triggers, win-back, and deposit flows
  • Establish and operate paid acquisition channels where permitted and optimize CAC
  • Define funnel metrics, build dashboards, and run attribution and analytics
  • Execute rapid growth experiments and iterate based on results
  • Operate hands-on on campaigns and contribute to building a scalable growth team
