About the Role
You will own website strategy, prioritization, and roadmap decisions. You will build technical growth products, AI-powered prospect experiences, integrations, and testing infrastructure. You will drive conversion optimization, hire and mentor specialists, and partner with growth, engineering, and sales stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Growth or marketing exposure and a record of shipping technical products
- Experience owning a website or comparable technical growth product
- Knowledge of CMS architecture, APIs, integrations, and AI-powered tooling
- Experience building growth-oriented products or tools
- Technical judgment to evaluate and manage SEO, AEO, and website operations specialists
Responsibilities
- Own website strategy, prioritization, and roadmap
- Build technical growth products and AI-powered prospect experiences
- Build tools that automate customized assets, experiences, and paid digital work
- Build agents that surface intent signals from AI, Salesforce, and marketing tools
- Establish website experimentation infrastructure and cadence
- Drive conversion rate optimization
- Hire and mentor website, SEO, and AEO specialists
- Partner with growth, engineering, and sales stakeholders
