About the Role
You will own relationships with warehouse partners and lead global supply-chain initiatives. You will monitor performance and service levels, coordinate regional needs, mentor contributors, optimize fulfillment operations, and ensure regulatory and PCI compliance.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of supply chain experience with warehousing and operations management expertise
- People management or mentoring experience
- Experience leading global supply chain initiatives
- Communication and cross-functional execution skills
- Excel and KPI monitoring proficiency
- Familiarity with APAC and EMEA operational environments
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with external warehouse partners
- Lead performance reviews and track global metrics and SLAs
- Manage contract changes and multi-region projects
- Gather regional market needs and share feedback with headquarters
- Mentor regional contributors and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Lead global cross-functional supply chain projects
- Optimize transit times, fulfillment costs, and warehouse network performance
- Ensure PCI and local regulatory compliance
