About the Role
You will develop end-to-end demand and supply plans, own the S&OP process, and align plans with financial and business objectives. You will identify supply risks, lead NPI transitions, report operational KPIs, optimize processes, manage suppliers, and mentor sourcing and planning functions.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics management, sourcing, or demand planning
- Expertise with forecasting, ERP systems, and supply planning tools
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Communication skills for presenting operational data to executive leadership
- Experience leading cross-functional planning and process improvement
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or R
- Background in consumer electronics, AI infrastructure, or data center hardware
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end demand and supply plans
- Own the Sales and Operations Planning process
- Align supply plans with financial and business objectives
- Identify supply risks, demand fluctuations, and operational constraints
- Drive New Product Introduction transitions
- Define, track, and report forecast, inventory, and delivery KPIs
- Lead supply chain process optimization initiatives
- Partner with suppliers to ensure supply continuity
- Provide leadership and mentorship across sourcing and planning functions
