About the Role
You will own the employee experience of physical spaces across sites. You will lead Local Office Managers, establish workplace standards, manage facilities and real-estate operations, oversee budgets and vendors, and improve hospitality and office experience.
Requirements
- Experience in workplace, facilities, or real-estate operations
- Experience scaling offices across multiple countries
- People-management experience
- Experience with office build-outs, relocations, or lease negotiations
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and develop Local Office Managers
- Build workplace playbooks and standard operating procedures
- Lead office design, space planning, and fit-outs
- Manage landlord, contractor, and facilities vendor relationships
- Partner on office openings, relocations, and closures
- Set health, safety, and compliance standards
- Oversee office hospitality, catering, reception, meeting rooms, and guest experience
- Plan office events and culture moments
- Gather employee feedback and implement office improvements
- Own workplace budget planning and vendor contract negotiation
