About the Role
You will own hiring strategy, execution, and tracking for a critical business unit while personally closing important searches. You will lead and mentor talent acquisition staff, forecast headcount with senior hiring managers, design effective hiring processes, and improve metrics, ATS workflows, interview rubrics, and calibration.

Responsibilities
- Own hiring strategy, execution, and tracking for a business unit
- Build the annual hiring delivery plan and close critical searches
- Lead, scale, and mentor TA Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators
- Forecast headcount and map talent needs with senior hiring managers
- Design hiring processes for specialized roles
- Own hiring metrics, pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion, and offer acceptance
- Build recruiting infrastructure, ATS workflows, interview rubrics, and calibration processes
