About the Role
You will define global training strategy, curricula, onboarding pathways, and certification frameworks for operational roles. You will lead regional training leaders, measure training effectiveness, update training from operational and safety insights, and maintain compliant certification records.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in training, capability development, operations enablement, or workforce readiness.
- Experience building and leading training programmes across multiple regions or countries.
- Experience designing onboarding, certification, and recurrent training frameworks.
- Ability to translate operational, product, or safety requirements into training content and readiness criteria.
- Experience using performance data and assessments to improve execution.
- Experience working with Operations, Product, Safety, and senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading managers or senior individual contributors.
- Analytical capability with training and performance data pipelines, metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own global training strategy, standards, and operating model.
- Define curricula, onboarding pathways, and certification frameworks.
- Ensure operator readiness before on-road deployment.
- Convert product and operational insights into training updates.
- Establish training effectiveness metrics and reporting.
- Manage Regional Training Leads.
- Align training outcomes with Operations, Product, and Safety.
- Maintain global certification and compliance records.
- Adapt delivery to regional and regulatory contexts.
