About the Role
You will lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and operations roles, build sourcing channels, and create a strong candidate experience. You will partner with leaders on hiring, manage onboarding and HR systems, administer benefits and leave, maintain employment policies, and support culture as the organization scales.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting and closing technical talent
- Experience helping an organization scale from tens of employees to more than 100
- Sourcing expertise
- Experience with recruiting funnels, headcount plans, and people systems
- Experience with HRIS, benefits, onboarding, and people operations
