About the Role
You will manage domestic and international relocations for US employees from initiation through closure. You will administer mobility policies and allowances, coordinate vendors, support employees through moves, improve programme processes, and report on KPIs, costs, and employee feedback.

Responsibilities
- Manage domestic and international relocations from initiation through case closure
- Administer US mobility policies and allowance requests
- Provide guidance on policy provisions and escalate exceptions and risks
- Coordinate mobility and relocation vendors
- Partner with the US Immigration Specialist on immigration-related moves
- Provide timely guidance to relocating employees
- Refine mobility systems, policies, and processes
- Support KPI reporting, cost analysis, and employee feedback loops
