About the Role
You will own the entire brand P&L and translate strategy into action across business development, sales, marketing, product, compliance, and back-office. You will build annual and quarterly business plans, define targets and growth levers, and enforce cost discipline. You will oversee daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, identify performance gaps early, and implement corrective actions. You will provide domain expertise in at least one vertical, guide prioritization and funnels, improve user journeys and ROI, and coach managers to drive accountability and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in fintech trading brokerage or similar digital industries
- Proven experience managing multi-functional teams
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with deep operational discipline
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Responsibilities
- Own the brand P&L and drive execution across business development sales marketing product compliance and back office
- Lead and synchronize business development sales marketing product compliance and back office to execute as a unified engine
- Define clear priorities timelines and KPIs
- Build annual and quarterly business plans revenue models and operating plans
- Define targets growth levers and enforce cost discipline
- Oversee daily weekly and monthly KPIs and identify performance gaps
- Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps
- Provide domain expertise in product marketing or business development and manage the others
- Guide prioritization funnels user journeys and ROI improvements
- Drive accountability coach managers and eliminate inefficiencies between departments
