About the Role

Work directly with the founders on complex, high-priority initiatives by structuring problems, analysing opportunities, developing models and recommendations, negotiating with partners, preparing decision materials, and taking critical projects from scoping through execution.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and deliver results without hand-holding
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical skills, including financial modelling, market sizing, and structured reasoning
  • Ability to tolerate ambiguity and prioritise under pressure
  • Genuine interest in financial markets, fintech, and capital movement

Responsibilities

  • Support product and commercial strategy across regulated entities
  • Analyse business economics, operational bottlenecks, and go-to-market sequencing
  • Lead scoping and modelling for new markets, licences, and product lines
  • Evaluate partnership structures, liquidity arrangements, and commercial relationships
  • Design business models, forecasts, and pricing frameworks
  • Prepare materials and structured insights for founder-level decisions
  • Negotiate with strategic partners and support key commercial relationships
  • Build licence applications and regulatory submissions for financial regulators across multiple jurisdictions
  • Own high-priority special projects
