About the Role
You will work alongside the Chief of Staff and COO to lead strategic initiatives, operational alignment, and senior leadership support. You will manage cross-functional workstreams from inception to delivery across product, technology, sales, and the wider organisation. You will analyse markets and business performance, build business cases and executive materials, coordinate planning cycles, and improve processes and organisational effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience, ideally in strategy consulting at Manager or equivalent level.
- Exposure to capital markets, financial services, or an adjacent sector.
- Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams end-to-end.
- Analytical skills in business cases, financial modelling, and executive presentations.
- Written and verbal communication skills for senior audiences.
- Stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and project-manage strategic initiatives, including product launches, growth programmes, and transformation workstreams.
- Conduct market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and business-case analysis.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with milestones, owners, and accountability frameworks.
- Partner with sales leadership to drive go-to-market strategy, pipeline analytics, and client coverage optimisation.
- Develop performance frameworks and dashboards for commercial KPIs.
- Align product and technology roadmaps with commercial objectives and manage dependencies.
- Facilitate cross-functional forums, resolve escalations, and improve operational rigour.
- Identify process inefficiencies and lead organisational-effectiveness initiatives.
- Prepare strategic updates, business reviews, and investor briefings for executive, board, and CEO audiences.
- Coordinate annual and quarterly planning cycles.
- Support the COO and Chief of Staff with leadership forums and offsites.
