You will work directly with enterprise customers to understand their requirements and decide whether to deliver bespoke integrations or general product improvements. You will build and ship end-to-end solutions involving integrations, APIs, authentication, SSO, access control, and security requirements.
Requirements
- Experience working directly with customers as a forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or founding engineer at a B2B startup
- Strong full-stack product engineering skills
- Comfort with integrations, APIs, authentication, SSO, access control, and security reviews
- Ability to ship end-to-end with little direction
Responsibilities
- Talk to enterprise customers and understand their requirements
- Decide whether to build bespoke integrations or general product improvements
- Build enterprise integrations and end-to-end solutions
- Translate customer requests into underlying requirements
- Present to enterprise clients
