About the Role
You will own implementation projects from solution design to go-live. You will design API-based integrations, guide merchants on architecture, testing, and production readiness, support pre-sales discussions, align Product, Engineering, Sales, and Project Management, and share integration best practices and customer insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, integrations, or software engineering
- Deep understanding of APIs
- Experience across frontend and backend systems
- Ability to lead technical discussions with technical and business stakeholders
- Technical delivery experience
- Integration expertise
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end implementation projects from solution design through go-live
- Design high-performance API-based integrations
- Support Sales during pre-sales technical discussions
- Guide merchant architecture and integration decisions
- Align Product, Engineering, Sales, and Project Management
- Guide technical design, testing, and production readiness
- Share delivery best practices and team knowledge
- Translate merchant needs into actionable insights for Product and Engineering
- Advocate for product and integration improvements
