Finary SAS is a French investment firm regulated by the ACPR (agrément N°19283), a member of AMAFI, registered with ORIAS as an insurance broker, and registered with the AMF as a PSCA crypto asset service provider. The company serves retail investors and individuals seeking to consolidate and optimize their personal wealth, including stocks, real estate, crypto, savings accounts, startups, crowdlending, and other exotic assets.

About the Role

You'll report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of the FP&A agenda as the most senior finance hire at the company. You will personally build and own a single driver-based 3-statement model that you can flex live in meetings, covering the budget and rolling reforecast. You'll set the company's entire finance cadence, running the monthly close-to-report cycle, managing 13-week cash flow, and instituting a lean PDCA rhythm. You'll build out unit-economics and cohort instrumentation covering CAC, LTV, payback and contribution margin by product in a dashboard that squads and business leads open weekly. You'll act as the go-to partner for tough financial questions across Product, GMs and other business leads, bringing cash discipline and settling debates with data. You'll also lay the foundations for the finance function by defining tooling, methodology and the future hiring plan as the company scales.
