About the Role
You will serve as the Finance Business Partner to the Digital Infrastructure Group. You will advise leadership on site selection and capacity planning, model and analyze deals, build long-range capital plans, evaluate investments, lead financial reporting and forecasting, coordinate deal structures across functions, and ensure compliance with policies, controls, and audit requirements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience
- Experience in data center, real estate, infrastructure, or energy finance
- Expertise in real estate and infrastructure financial modeling
- Experience with NPV, IRR, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis
- Experience supporting deal structuring, due diligence, and negotiation
- Experience building investment frameworks and business cases
- Executive, Board, and investor communication
- Experience mentoring, growing, or developing a team

- Advise Digital Infrastructure Group leadership
- Analyze site selection and capacity planning decisions
- Lead financial modeling and deal analysis
- Support transaction structuring, negotiation, and execution
