About the Role
You will evaluate and execute infrastructure investment opportunities across energy, digital, transportation, waste, and water sectors. You will conduct due diligence, develop investment theses and financial forecasts, manage advisors, arrange debt financing, support negotiations, and guide junior investment professionals.
Requirements
- 6+ years of investment banking or private equity experience
- Background in finance and economics
- Experience in private equity principal investing
- Analytical, financial modeling, and accounting skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree with strong GPA from a leading university
Responsibilities
- Evaluate new investment opportunities
- Assess markets and competitive positioning
- Perform initial underwriting and deal structuring
- Conduct business diligence and risk underwriting
- Manage external advisors
- Build financial models for deal underwriting and structuring
- Provide guidance and support for transaction negotiations
- Oversee support for portfolio companies
- Guide Analysts and Associates through the investment process
