About the Role
You drive inorganic growth by identifying, structuring, and executing acquisitions while managing fundraising processes. You develop investment theses, source and evaluate targets, lead diligence and negotiations, build financial models, manage investor relationships, and support venture investments and portfolio companies.
Requirements
- Track record executing M&A or investment transactions
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Experience owning fundraising processes end-to-end
- Investor relationship management experience
- Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, or fintech
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
- 7+ years of work experience
Responsibilities
- Develop investment and M&A theses
- Source, evaluate, and execute acquisitions
- Lead cross-functional diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain a pipeline of acquisition targets
- Analyze operating performance and prepare investment memoranda
- Develop financial models and valuation frameworks
- Lead equity fundraising processes
- Prepare investor materials and manage data rooms
- Maintain relationships with current and prospective investors
- Source and recommend early-stage venture investments
- Support founders and portfolio companies
- Establish repeatable processes for deal sourcing, evaluation, and integration planning
