About the Role
You will source, evaluate, lead, and manage investments across the full transaction lifecycle, primarily in the United States. You will conduct due diligence, build financial models, structure and negotiate transactions, develop industry relationships, assess strategic fit, and represent the firm externally.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in private equity, M&A advisory, or venture capital
- Experience with financial technology and market infrastructure sectors
- Success sourcing, structuring, and executing complex investment transactions
- Knowledge of financial market structure, trading technology, post-trade systems, and regulation
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities
- Lead commercial due diligence, financial modeling, transaction structuring, negotiation, and legal execution
- Develop relationships with founders, investors, regulators, and market participants
- Refine investment theses and assess strategic fit
- Analyze market trends and regulatory developments
- Represent the firm in external interactions
