About the Role

You develop and deepen client relationships in the mass affluent market by providing investment and financial planning advice. You execute business development plans, acquire new clients, conduct needs analyses, implement investment solutions, communicate proactively with prospects, participate in community events and seminars, expand your professional network, and manage local marketing activities.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in financial planning and investment sales
  • Mutual funds certification
  • MFDA licensing in good standing
  • Investments Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course
  • Personal Financial Planning designation or Certified Financial Planner designation
  • Networking skills
  • Client acquisition skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Centres of Influence experience
  • Knowledge of competitive offerings, market trends, economic conditions, and the regulatory environment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to a vehicle
