About the Role

You will become the first Risk Officer, mapping, monitoring, and mitigating risks across regulated activities. You will build the risk framework, define indicators and limits, produce reporting, review new activities, contribute to regulatory filings, calculate K factors, strengthen policies and governance, work with external partners, and train teams on risk topics.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in sales is stated in the requirements
  • Experience at a tier 1 startup is desirable
  • Experience working with startup, scale-up, or SMB CFOs
  • Ability to run a full sales cycle independently is stated in the requirements
  • CRM experience
  • Familiarity with Aircall, Kaspr, Lusha, or similar sales tools
  • Native French speaker
  • Fluent English

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain risk mapping across market, counterparty, operational, liquidity, and technology risks
  • Define and track key risk indicators and limits
  • Produce regular risk reporting
  • Review new operational schemes and regulated activities
  • Contribute to regulatory files including UK expansion filings
  • Compute K factors
  • Support external partners on risk-control matters
  • Develop and document risk management policies and procedures
  • Participate in risk committees
  • Present analyses to internal stakeholders
  • Train teams on risk topics
