About the Role

You will serve as a strategic finance partner to Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations. You will own financial planning and analysis, evaluate supplier contracts and capital purchases, build models for unit economics and inventory, analyze spending variances, prepare executive reporting, lead cost-reduction initiatives, support scenario planning, improve reporting automation, and mentor junior finance professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive finance experience with significant supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing finance exposure
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with ERP and planning systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Anaplan
  • Ability to translate operational data into financial insights and executive-ready narratives
  • Experience partnering with procurement and operations teams on supplier contracts, capital planning, and cost analysis
  • Experience in a high-growth technology, infrastructure, energy, or data center environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own financial planning and analysis for the supply chain organization
  • Partner with Procurement and Operations leaders to evaluate supplier contracts and capital purchases
  • Build and maintain financial models for unit economics, landed cost, and inventory metrics
  • Analyze actual versus forecasted spending variances
  • Develop monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership
  • Lead cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives
  • Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
  • Create a lifecycle management program with the business
  • Partner with Accounting on capitalization, accrual, and cost allocation
  • Improve and automate financial reporting processes and tools
  • Mentor and develop junior finance team members
