About the Role
You will own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, recruiting, coordination, and closing. You will shape the hiring process and candidate experience from initial outreach through offer, coordinate interviews, and maintain fast feedback loops. You will develop sourcing strategies, build teams across functions, track recruiting metrics, and contribute to talent planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven success scaling strong technical teams
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Ability to operate autonomously amid ambiguity
- Organizational skills for managing multiple searches and priorities
- Recruiting tooling and systems experience
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, recruiting, coordination, and closing
- Shape the hiring process and candidate experience from outreach through offer
- Coordinate interviews and maintain quick feedback loops
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build qualified candidate pipelines
- Build teams across multiple functions
- Define and track recruiting metrics to drive improvement
