About the Role
You will support hiring for SDRs and GTM Associates across regions, coordinate interviews, and keep recruiting processes moving. You will maintain Ashby data, track candidate progress, conduct reference checks, support candidate screens, partner with GTM leaders, and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting, or operations
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines
- Written and verbal communication
- Experience with ATS tools
- Experience with Ashby preferred
- Experience with modern productivity tools
- Ability to work across time zones and with senior stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Support hiring for SDRs and GTM Associates across regions
- Manage interview logistics across time zones
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates
- Maintain accurate data in Ashby
- Track candidate progress, feedback, and next steps
- Conduct reference checks and synthesize insights
- Support initial candidate screens when needed
- Partner with GTM leadership on hiring priorities and process improvements
- Identify and implement recruiting process improvements
